Congrats! Ain't winning awesome? And, you got a handy tool too. As others have said, they do get HOT. I used mine when making a stained glass quilt. I used it to iron down the small fused pieces, and then to iron down the black Clover bias tape to make the "glass" pieces. After a few mishaps with the hot iron, I ordered a little finger coverer from Clothtilde that is like a potholder that slips over your finger so you can press right up to your finger and not burn the bejeebers out of it. Enjoy your new iron. You'll be surprised at how handy it turns out to be for you.
