my DH has just bought me a little gracie with the PQ-1500 and now i've got the tension sorted (im used to auto tension with a Janome) i'm loving it. my FMQ on my janome was less than average but with the increased speed of the 1500 my curves seem much much smoother. It did come with a juki 1/5 inch darning foot which seems to be the recommended foot for FMQ, theres a yahoo group specifically for the PQ1500/s
