If you only have room for storage bins or tubs, see if you can fine the ones that are meant for hanging file folders. I got this idea from someone somewhere! Actually she was using a regular file cabinet and hanging folders.

I love the idea of hanging folders. Need to check thrift shops for some. Think this is the best idea I have seen. I have really been using up my stash and it is a manageable size - really trying not to have a huge stash.
