I am also looking for the butterscotch almond bark. My grandmother use to use it for a recipe and then one year no one had it any more. I guess it wasn't as popular as the others(As a matter of fact, when searching for butterscotch almond bark, this thread is the third result on yahoo). The vanilla isn't bad, but it's just not the same. Have you tried out the batches? I'm curious which one was the best substitute.
