Smart...I do not use credit cards...well I do but pay them before the bill is due...credit free...and loving it.

After doing a lot of searching and comparison THIS will be the machine that I am buying...hopefully in April. The store where I picked out my current machine sells Janome, has classes and does the repair work. I have been very happy with my Elna but it just doesn't have the bells and whistles that I need/WANT for sewing quilts.
I plan on going to the store in a few weeks and checking out everything...of course then I am going to want to bring it home with me. LOL But...I really do have to save the money to buy it rather than "throw it on the credit card".
