I've noticed my sleep changing as I age. Used to be I was asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow and didn't move until morning. Now nature calls around 3a.m. Sometimes my mind runs, my legs twitch, or I just can't sleep. I have found a full moon almost always messes with my sleep. More exercise seems to help!! If nothing else works, I'll read with a small glass of wine. That usually does it.
