Yes, yes and yes. I have almost always been a "go to bed and die" person until recently. I blame it on the pinched lumbar nerve that screams at me in the evening, but usually when I lay down, it seems to decompress and not be quite so painful and I have Neurontin oral solution, which is the only thing my PPO will go along with. (This is a laugh, because I pay $40 a bottle and they pay several cents on it.) If I take it I wake up all groggy. If I could have Lyrica, like my Dr. wanted, I wake up refreshed and wide awake. We have decided that if my regular Dr. will give the prescription, I will just pay for it, as I don't use it often and it will last for some time. However, the sleep patterns lately really suck and I don't know why it is happening. Go to sleep, wake up a couple of hours later and that is it for the night. Very frustrating. As for more activity in the daytime, more activity for me is more compression on the spine and more pain.
