Hello, my name is Kimberley. I am a mom to 5 kids ages 17 - 18 mo), a hobby farmer and devoted gardener. I love to scrapbook and sew and quilting is my newest love. I live in York, SC. I am from GA. This week while in GA I visited The Scarlet Thread Quilt shop. OMG! I was so overwhelmed! I want to start my 1st quilt but am so memorized by the options available. It was an expensive shop for my budget. I called my mom and told her and her check book to go shopping there. I told her to pick out ALL THE STUFF TO MAKE A SIMPLE QUILT , purchase it and send it to me with no time frame expectations of receiving it back. She was open to that! I look forward to playing in my fabric stash now. So.....where do I begin?.......
