Well, I can see the area where the patent dates are on the plate. Since it had top have been made after the last date on the list, that should give you a close estimate. Also, by looking at the intervals on the patent dates, you can get a close estimate as to the "window" of time. Hope that makes sense to you. Won't give you a "day" it was made, but at least a range of time. Interesting light system on this pretty girl.
