I just had a bad spasm yesterday. feel much better now. Glad your off the pain killers.I'm glad to have them when I need them. But I hate trying to function on them.It was just 1 bath towel.lolonce it happened when I was turning to put a teaspoon in the drawer.You know they can be veerrrry heavvvy.Lol.Now we don't have the meds to blame for our mess ups Lori.
