Had camera, did not click a single photo. (Why did I bother carrying it?) Best of Show was not placed with the other competition quilts, therefore, I missed seeing it. The people seated around me expressed disappointment too. Apparently it was hung on the high wall, in a vendor area. If it was on a high wall, I wonder if it was too tall for the pole & drapes.
Anyway, had a good time, though brief, with the other QB members, and the show in general. Took a couple of classes, viewed lots of quilts, bought some tools and gadgets, and got rejuvenated. Unfortunately, I'll be having some surgery on Tuesday, and will be "out of commission for about three weeks", according to my ENT Doctor.
Sure hope I'll be OK to visit with the group in November. Will probably have to have hubby drive again.
