I have a 35 yo daughter that needs to move out with her 6 cats. She requires very little space, a fridge, stove, micro., bathroom, bedroom, and a space for her cats. She will keep the house clean and tidy as well as the yard. Sure you don't want to hire her to watch your place for you? I would visit her often and check on things. And, for quality control, I would invite some other folks over I know to help check on things...
