Here's my grandma's recipe. She would have been 103 this year if she was alive. Just be careful and don't burn yourself.
Popcorn Balls Luella Blackwood
1 cup white sugar
¾ cup white syrup
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vinegar
Mix, boil to hard boil stage (270 degrees), remove form heat, add 1 tsp baking soda. Pour over 4-5 quarts of popped corn. Use buttered hands and form into balls. Store in airtight container or wrap individually in plastic wrap when cool.
