while you're having the discussion about sewing things, include what you want re: your medical care, burial, etc, if you are unable to participate in the discussion later...My DD and SO know to share the parts with whomever can use them (that is, eyes, organs, etc), not keep me on life support unless later quality is guaranteed, and so on. This is another important conversation that is often left until it is too late.
