turn the mat over and use the other side!! you paid for both sides. I just found a large (as my finger tip) hunk missisng from mine. I think from cutting in the same area too much. so, I turned it over. I dont use the lines that much anyway. I will be looking out for a Joanns sale to replace it with also. In the mean time I can still use the backside.
