Peanut Butter Popcorn Balls
4 qts popcorn
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix sugar & corn syrup in saucepan; bring to a full boil for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Remove from hear & stir in peanut butter & vanilla. Pour over popped corn & stir to mix well. Grease hands with butter & shape into approximately 16 balls. Let set on waxed paper until cool. Enjoy!
