Here is one my mom made when I was small. I also made them for my boys.
Popcorn Balls
2 cups dark corn syrup
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
4 quarts popped corn
Cook corn syrup, sugar and water till hard ball forms in cold water. Add vanilla. Pour over popped corn, stir until coated. Rub hands with butter and form coated popcorn into balls.
