There's a Walmart in Durham, NC that still has fabric. Was there today and the clerk said he heard Feb. is when it's closing the fabric dept. No more special orders. the walmart in Montrose, CO has fabric now for $8/yard, but most of it is the same price you said. I haven't heard it was closing yet.
