You may not believe this, but it is true.
About 7 years ago, in early Novembeer one night, we here in Illinois could see Northern Lights.
At about 11:30 pm I went out at the home I did home care in to see them.
The Eastern sky was a masterpiece. The rainbow in like a watershed pattern from as high as I could see to the horizon. With the colors outlined with streaks of light blue and also the dark starry sky. In the center was the shape of a bird in flight racing down to Earth outlined in the light blue and broke up the rainbow. The bird was all red, orange and light blue around it.
It was magnificent. Never seen anything like it--oh hey, I had witnesses who saw it too, and none of us were on anything either. I pinched myself to be sure I wasn't dreaming.
