Quiltwithdogs: I love your babies. I've never had a Cockatiel but our daughter had one whose name was Bi R D . Sounded like Biardee or Biardy but it's actually BIRD! Bi R D looked just like yours but BiRD was dumped off somewhere and our daughter brought him home and loved him forever. He came with a horrible vocabulary...swore like a drunk sailor and ONLY liked our daughter...to everyone else he'd peck and draw blood if you couldn't move fast enough to get away from his beak.
