Another month almost over and I wish I could say I met my goal this month, but due to a lengthy plateau I am still struggling to reach a 5 lb loss. Just a couple more pounds to go so maybe by next week I'll get there. At least I didn't gain any back!
It's been raining all day and cold. I guess winter is here to stay....yippeee!
