Yes, you can put them on the long arm sort of at the same time as long as the backing fabric you want to use will be the same for all of them.
Measure out how long of a backing and batting you will need to have enough for them all.
Load your backing fabric as you would for any quilt. Load your batting as with any quilt. Then you can place the table runners on the long arm the best way they will fit and just pin them into place. As you finish the first group you can then roll the 'sandwich' up and then pin on the next group and stitch them.
If you lay then longwise the width of the longarm you may get only one on at a time but I find that is easier to do then to adjust two or more as you roll them.
I just did a table runner and two place mats that way. When fast!
