My neice made these cute little bags to put candy/treats/small toys in for the kids that are coming to her daughter's Halloween party.
She cut lunch bags into strips (except the bottom), gathered some small sticks and tied the top with twine. Looks like a witches broom.
Treats are inside in a plastic bag and then taped around the stick so they won't fall out. :thumbup:
Could easily be made with strips of fabric over a paper bag holding treats.
