I'm glad I found this board. I have learned so much, lurking in the shadows...but I thought it time to introduce myself. I am recently retired, kids grown and gone (no grandkids yet, but I hope someday...). I started quilting last summer and am totally and completely hooked. It's been a learning curve for sure, as I had never sewn before. Now, if I'm not sewing, I'm thinking about it!
