Thank you for bringing up this subject! Sometimes mine works, sometimes it doesn't. I was extremely comforted by the fact that others too have the problems I do with mine. I am sure it is operator error now. I will However check all the little things to make sure they are not bent, then I will follow the process already stated so clearly and practice practice practice.
