I wouldn't have thought of it maybe but my mom just bought a small picture frame that had a stylized D in the center and I commented on it probably attracted her because it looked like a silhouette. Black frame and Black swirled letter. So I guess they were still on my mind. My mom has several small silhouettes hanging on the wall above her bed. These just kinda reminded me of those pictures.
