I always make breaded cauliflower at Thanksgiving...always a big hit! Just cut califlower into pieces, blach it till it's cooked, but still a bit cruncy...drain and let cool...then egg and bread it like any other deep fried food, deep fry...and YUM!!! We usually make a cheese sauce to go with it...but it's very good without it, too.
