At first I couldn't stand Eleanor Burns. She sounded like a kindergarten teacher talking to 5 year olds. But once I made a quilt from her book and started watching her on tv regularly, I got used her and now find her charming. I've also met her - took a class she taught and found her to be a lovely person.
