I was told bamboo/polyester batting was wonderful, and I got lucky buying quite a bit of of it just before the price skyrocketed. My quilt has been sandwiched and I'm now trying to hand quilt it -- but it is so heavy I can hardly move it on my lap. Also, I'm seeing that my hand stitches frequently don't go all the way to the back of the quilt. Anyone use this bamboo batting? Same troubles that I'm having? Any way you've fixed or avoided these problems?
