I do have more space but I am in the same postition as you lack of wall space. I also have an awesome studio right under the rafters.
My sis stored her fabric in their easily accessible attic. Her DH worried that he would have to shore up the 2nd floor timbers to hold up the attic floor LOL. When I told him in my new house the sewing room was in the basement on a solid lime rock base, he breathed a sigh of relief for my DH. Thought you'd enjoy this bit of insight from a non quilter!
