if you ever have a headache such as you have never had before especially during the fall call your doctor it could be a TIA. Fall is the time according to medical studies when the changes in barometric pressure cause more strokes in women than the rest of the time of the year. I don't mean to sound alarmist but I have recently had a TIA and it was the worst headache I ever had in my life, when I was discussing this with my doctor he said if the headache is that bad go directly to the hospital. Better to be safe.
