plainpat-- checking in means we can support and encourage you, just as much as we support others. when we aren't losing- like this whole month for me, we need that support the most. i've had way too many issues this month to focus on weight loss. my mother has slipped into full blown alzheimers and is now uintelligible and refusing meds and food. she will be allowed to starve to death as that has been her wish. they will make her comfortable and will continue to offer food. so...it is no wonder to me that i am eating for both of us. i wish her a speedy resolution. she has wanted to join my dad and siblings for far too long.
