sorry, but that's about all that I can think to suggest! There's no magic wand!!!!
The important part is that you recognize the problem and are working on dealing with it.
Setting seams, then pressing WELL at every step helps a lot. Also, I feel it's more of an issue with some machines than others.
You're doing what needs to be done ... awareness ... and experimenting to find what works best for you!
