Me too. I love hand quilting. Making yo-yo's at present.
I just finished 409 batik yo-yo's and am hand sewing them onto black background strips with perle cotton thread. I'll machine sew the strips together and then hand quilt it. So far, it looks pretty good. I love handwork!
