I was the same with msg bank too full, i have just deleted 300 of my msg's, go to your inbox, tick the boxes you want to delete, at the bottom of the msg boxes left click on "selected message" and it should bring up a box stating delete etc..... you can go from there to whether you want to delete or save somewhere.
