Hi everyone, hope everyone is learning the new site. I'm still navigating
. So here is my question, I'm just going to be adding my borders to my quilt top, then on to doing the cutting with the small twister. It says to add a 3 inch border, are they saying cut your border at 3" and add or should I be cutting them at 3 1/2" then attaching?
