if you examine the template for the twister, you can see that the black lines are a certain measurement away from the corner. using that as an example, you can cut a plexiglass template whatever size you want and decide what proportion you want the twist to be. for example, if the black line is 2" off the corner on one of the sizes and you want to make a larger size block, you may opt to have the black line be 3" or even 4" off the corner, experiment with paper and when you have the proportion you like, mark your template with tape and follow the tape lines. for a queen bed, definitely think larger since you lose so much in size when you sew.
