Has anyone seen the twister ruler at Joann's? I keep looking, I saw one that could be something similiar with the offset lines in the center but it didn't stay twister on the label.

JoAnn's doesn't carry the twister ruler. Anything like that MIGHT be carried in LQS or online only. The only "dedicated" things I've seen are Eleanor Burns' rulers and Fons and Porter's rulers and notions.
