My icons are all grayed out too. Do you see if you scroll down, it says manage attachments? Click on that, then you'll see where it says 'browse' at the top. Clcik on that, and find whatever picture you want to post.... Then you'll see towards the lower middle, it'll say file loading, please wait. Then back at the top it may say it failed, and then I think you need to try re-sizing it, to make it smaller. If it did work, you'll see it attached more towards the bottom, and you can close that window out, and preview your message, and it should be there.
