#1 thew applique, is the shiny side up, do you iron the pattern on it then sew it onto fabric? would love to know. I am still learning a lot here, so any help will be greatly appreciated!
I am not sure how the others do it..and since I am a beginner this is what I do..I put the freezer paper shiny side down onto the back(wrong side) of the fabric..Cut out the shape, remove the paper and than sew it onto the main block that I am doing..I look forward to seeing how everyone else is doing it..especially since I am having a very hard time getting the fabric seams turned under..I know that I am doing something wrong, just got to figure it out
I am doing a butterfly and flower quilt using the freezer paper and so far so good with the cut out patterns..They are nice and stiff and easy to work with..
