I thought I had seen it in one of Rhonda's threads, but she said it wasn't hers, so I gave up on trying to find it designed one myself. The note I attached to the back must have come loose. Sorry!

I apologize. I don't think I explained myself very well.
The block I was talking about the blocks look like they are floating on top of the material.
I am thinking it was made by Yoya but I am not sure!
