Pick your notification option
Pick the folder (either Bookmarks or Watched)
Didn't know this has been answered completely over 100 times ... I saw info on how to locate the bookmarks but for the life of me could not figure out how to add new ones. 
As I re-read your info and my response, I'm thinking I still do not know how to direct a post into a bookmark folder.
