I would like to join this thread because I am proud of myself and need to tell the quilt world. I actually finished a UFO!! My sister and I each bought this kit about 3 years ago. Hers is still in the package unopened. I opened mine right away and started cutting and piecing then set it aside. After a year I wondered why I ever bought it! But you all have inspired me and as of October 25th, it is completely finished. I think I will use it for my very own lap quilt. I decided I like it after all. 
I am going to try real hard to finish something else this month.
