It looks like the last border is white so I would add a coloured border. Do you have anymore of the bright pink? A border of that would be nice unless it will clash with the binding you have chosen. I would add the border now even though you have started to quilt it....unless it is mounted on a longarm machine. In that case I would add the border after the quilting is finished QAYG style.
