I lucked into a Warm & Natural bolt of black batting a few years ago.
My local Joann's mgr said it wasn't selling and I could buy it for $.50/yard.
40 yards for $20. I think my biggest score ever.
As I use black often in my quilts, it's come in handy.
And I have enough left for a few quilts.

The prices at Kings Men are pretty reasonable. They have poly and cotton and mixed battings, white, natural and black.

I recently ordered from them and it was ok (a bit of a problem with an error in the shipment and subsequent return).
Prices are certainly the lowest around.
But I'd order from them again - although call first to make sure they're still shipping. (888) 744-0070
There was a thread recently suggesting otherwise.
