If you could find a mat you like in one of your colors, you might be able to use your fabric to make fringe on the ends. I recently purchased a bath set that had a small fabric motif appliqued in a couple of spots over the fuzzy surface. Or---bind the edge of a ready-made mat in your coordinates. Lowes has a super soft, thick foam back, non-skid bathmat in stock right now. It's wonderful underfoot. (The 'country' look is more about color choices than the method IMHO BTW LOL.)
