You might have to resize it
before you go anywhere near the board with it. You should be able to resize photos with Photoshop or whatever program you use for all your pictures.
Edited to add: Here is the link to Patrice's directions for how to resize your photos using Paint or Office Pictures Manager. If you have a Windows machine, you should have one of these programs already loaded on your computer.
