I had the same issue when trying to list fabric for sale last night. My pics were all too big. Apparently the capacity is smaller on the new board. Open your pic in any photo program & find an edit option. Then save it in a different format to reduce the number of MB or KB used by the pic. I edited from the original jpeg format that was about 3mb per photo down to about 50kb per photo. When you open the 'manage' box to browse & upload your photo, if you scroll down a little you will see a list that shows the capacity for each photo format. All but .doc & .pdf were 1.91mb so I was maxing out what it could take in one or two photos.
