I just created an album in my profile and uploaded a couple of pictures to see how it worked.
How do I post these pictures to the group? I don't see any way to alert the group that I uploaded.

the pictures in your album cannot be uploaded from there to a post here. the pics there have an url just as these posts and threads do. click on one of the pics in the album and it's url appears in the web address box in your browser. so, to point members to your pic when posting here, copy and paste the url of your pic in the album. for instance, you may want to point out the pic with the quilt that fills the whole pic by placing the link like this
