If you figure it out, let me know, I'd like to make a couple more of these but I won't struggle with it again. I am mathematically challenged and couldn't figure this out if my life depended on it but would like to know where the problem lays if you figure it out.

If it is any help I just made this block yesterday and determined that there is something wrong with the measurements. I have not had time today to see what the problem is, but there is something wrong. One error is found on the second page concerning the measurement of the plain block.
